2. The structure of the shelf, the shelf column depends on whether the cross-section is bent more and evenly, and the shelf is about a uniform and symmetrical structure, the better. The crossbeam of the rack depends on the hook structure of the crossbeam and the form of the crossbeam hanging to the column: the more hooks of the crossbeam are better, and the more force it is, the better; the hook of the crossbeam hangs on the column depends on whether the contact between the hook and the column is close and consistent. , The inner side of the hook must be close to the side of the column without a gap so that the structure is stable and durable.
3. The surface treatment of the shelf. The spraying treatment of the shelf surface should be uniform and strong adhesion. Whether the surface spraying of the shelf is even depends on whether there are omissions and no omissions on the inner edge of the shelf column hole. You can tap with a hard object during inspection If it falls off easily, it indicates that the shelf is easy to rust.
4. Welding process, we must see the uniformity and fullness of the welding joint (fish scale shape* is good), no indirect and no missing welding.
